The Betting Act of Singapore forbids all private betting/gambling establishments and The Common Gaming House Act prohibits gambling in public places.

Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa are the only two casino/resorts (integrated resorts) licensed by the Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) of Singapore to provide legal casino gambling for tourists. The casinos offer: Singapore Stud Poker, Texas Hold'em Bonus Progressive and Three Card Poker. All three games are played one-on-one against the casino dealer.

Poker table games and poker tournaments such as Texas Hold' em, Omaha or Stud are not available and are illegal in Singapore unless offered by a licensed casino.
