In efforts to enter the Asian market, Elray Gaming strikes long-term deal with Moorgate Commercial Limited to operate and resell Playtech software.

Online services provider Elray Gaming has agreed to purchase the rights to operate and resell products from the gaming software firm Playtech to facilitate services in certain areas across Asia. The online gaming and ready-made services company is a subsidiary of Elray Resources International, and it plans to work alongside Moorgate and Playtech on the deal.

According to gambling news, Elray Gaming believes that the agreement will allow the company to build on its relationships with current businesses and Junket Operators. This will help Elray raise a considerable amount of extra revenue from different strategic areas of the continent.

Elray also buys an online casino

Elray doesn’t only have a penchant for software providers, as it recently signed a deal to purchase an initial 25% stake in mobile casino Golden Galaxy. As per the agreement, Elray Gaming will have the right to buy a bigger share in the company based on future revenue and profit performance.

Throughout the last year Golden Galaxy has managed to generate revenue earnings of $6.9 million (EUR 5.4 million), while it also maintains an impressive user database of more than 21,140 registered players. Elray Gaming stated that the casino acquisition is part of their overall gaming strategy and extensive reseller deal.
