Bingo in Bolivia
Bingo has only recently arrived in Bolivia and it is growing popular very fast. Gambling was illegal for many years, until 2002, when the first casino opened its door. A few years later, a Russian company, driven away from home by changes in Russian gambling laws, started opening bingo parlors in Bolivia. They are called Bingo Bahiti and there are 15 of them running today. The largest one seats about 700 players at once for table bingo and a few hundred more for electronic bingo.
