Bingo in Argentina
Playing bingo for real money is legal in Argentina, along with many other forms of gambling. Argentines spend on average $4-5 billion on gambling each year. Bingo has been part of the Argentine online gambling industry since the mid 90s. In 1995, Ladbrokes Bingo, a UK sportsbook company, entered the bingo business in Argentina. They took over a number of existing bingo halls in Buenos Aires and built new halls in Posadas and Salta. Today there are dozens of places to play bingo in Argentina.

Online bingo in Argentina is not as easy to find. As of October 2008, only locally hosted and licensed online gambling websites are legal – all foreign gambling websites are banned. Because most online bingo in Argentina comes from these foreign websites, it has been recently harder to play.
